Togi Pangaribuan specializes in dispute resolution, arbitration, anti-corruption/compliance and corporate investigation, and general corporate matters. He has almost 10 years experience working in 2 international law firms in Jakarta, and was seconded to the Singapore office of one of the firms. He has also worked as a mediator in the Small Claims Sessions at the Quincy District Court in Massachusetts.

He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He obtained his bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Law) from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia and his master's degree (LL.M) from Harvard Law School. He has also worked for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Office of the Special Staff for Foreign Affairs and President Joko Widodo at the Transition Team. He speaks fluent English.
