Achmad Haikal Assegaf graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia in 2014. He is a registered intellectual property consultant in APP. During his time in law school, he participated and won national moot court competition in Universitas Pancasila, Jakarta. Prior to Joining APP, he worked at Indonesian Agency for Creative Economy as Staff of Anti-Piracy Task Force and also had worked as Legal Staff for the Indonesia Football Association (PSSI).

He has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam organized by Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia or PERADI).
