Erick Andhika Sianipar graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia in 2014. During his time in law school, he participated and won national moot court competition in Universitas Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta. At this time, he is currently taking his master degree (Magister Kenotariatan/M.Kn) in notary laws and land/agrarian law at Universitas Indonesia.

He has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam organized by Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia or PERADI)
